Wow, those seem like…terrible ideas. I really hope that Nora is wrong and that you do not work in the customer service industry.

Well, unless this is satirical (which it probably is). In that case I found them quite funny. I just hope some idiot takes these as good ideas and tries them out. They deserve whatever they get if they do.
