Always Play Their Game - You Make the Rules

Every sales situation can be turned around if you keep your wits about you and never lose your cool. Look around you and there is always a way of changing the rules of the game to give you the advantage.
Remember, the customer is always right….so play their game …only you make the rules.
Also always smile and think outside the box and you’ll keep getting the upper hand.
